Memorial Day- Lest We Forget
Today being Memorial Day, I'd like to take a few moments to honor the memory of those brave Marines who gave their lives in three successive landing operations on Mystery Island. Recently, the Federal Government has declassified the details of this operation and the true story of those events can now be told. So, lest we forget, here is the full account of our third failed attempt to take "The Island of Armored Giants!":

Thanks! The first comic I ever bought was an issue of Star Spangled featuring an episode of "The War That Time Forgot." Any chance that we'll someday see a Mlle Marie stories here?
ReplyDeleteMykal: I couldn't agree more. I also think the strategic use of "camera" angles really adds a dizzying, out-of-control feeling that sells the size and unpredictability of the dinos and also the chaos of the troops confronting them.
